RMA-Request Form

If a label printer/scanner is damaged or you received the wrong item from Barcode-scanners.com.au, please complete the form below. A customer service representative will contact you with the RMA number and the status of your request. 

Once you receive your RMA number, ship the item to:

Pack the items as they were sent to you, this includes:

  • Items remain in plastic bags/ bubble wrapped to prevent damage.
  • All boxes taped, closed and secured.
  • Include the product booklets and cables. 
  • All items/ hardware and components must return to the below address.
